The grayish vice-president of Argentina, Julio Cesar Cleto Cobos, won his fifteen minutes of fame. After four months of wrestling with the rural united front, he casted the decisive vote in the Senate… against his own government. His funny third name was chosen for the first bull to start the annual rural fair as a way of homage. It’s very indicative of the place they have reserved for him: just a disposable business tool.
El gris vice presidente de Argentina, Julio César Cleto Cobos, ganó sus quince minutos de fama. Tras cuatro meses de lucha con el frente rural unificado, emitió su decisivo voto en el Senado…contra su propio gobierno. Su gracioso tercer nombre fue elegido para el primer toro en inaugurar la exposición anual del campo a modo de homenaje. Es muy indicativo del lugar que le tienen reservado: apenas una herramienta de negocios desechable.
